The Mohammed VI Investment Fund is a public limited company with an initial share capital of MAD 15 billion, fully owned by the Moroccan State.
It operates under Law No. 76-20 of December 31, 2020, which established the Fund, and Decree No. 2.21.67 of February 19, 2021, which defines its governance framework as well as its organizational and operational modalities.

A Strategic Instrument Catalyzing the Kingdom's Productive Investment
The Mohammed VI Investment Fund operates under a modern and transparent governance framework, centered around a Board of Directors and three specialized committees (the Audit Committee, the Strategy and Investment Committee, and the Nomination, Remuneration, and Governance Committee), ensuring rigor, compliance, and independence in decision-making.
Its structure enables it to act as an investment catalyst, a long-term partner, and a strategic instrument in service of the Kingdom's economic development.
