Contribution to the design and financial structuring of investment projects, at both national and territorial level, in order to facilitate and improve their financing conditions and accelerate their execution
EQUITY
Acquisition of equity stakes in :
- Project SPVs, directly or through funds
- SMEs, through funds
- Large public or private companies, directly
DEBT & QUASI-EQUITY INVESTMENT
Implementation of various debt or quasi-equity financing instruments:
- Advances and repayable loans
- Guarantees
- Subordinated debt
- Debt securities (debt funds, bonds, etc.)
